I also recieved a call from this number and listened to the background talk this is a cell phone that belongs to a cop that works with the railroad in chicago you can here the background about the work they are doing this person also is a bodyguard for live nation twenty min of talk was listened to on my end i think they called on accident when i called back they apoligized the phone was on there belt.
