I got a phone call from this number this morning, and it is not the first time either. I stopped answering the phone if I don't recognize the number. If a call is important, they can leave a message. this number never leaves a message.

I think this is some type of scam or collection agency. Somehow they got my cell phone number and left a voice mail that they were trying to get a hold of a relative of mine. However, in the voice mail they said to call 858-577-2389.
