Millions Call

i got a text saying i won a $200 voucher and needed to call a number.  they also said you can text STOP to stop getting the texts.  i texted STOP and got one the next day.  i just called the number and asked to be removed from their list.  i don't know if doing so caused more harm than good.

Called 5-22-13, didn't leave a message. Has called before. Don't answer since I don't recognize the number. Calls numerous times...do not know this person/number!

This person is harassing via text, giving limited information and then pressing for information. Will not back off, even when I dont respond to texts.
