Millions Call

2 weeks in a row I have received a phone call from this number but no message has been left.

received a facebook request and wanted me to text her

Calls but never leaves a voice mail.

Four texts in the middle of the night; then a couple more in the past two days - during the day.

FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

This call was from an unknown number. I didn't answer but I called it back and the message said it was HGI. It also said all calls are recorded. I don't know what they do at HGI but is sounds like a collection company.
