Called on my home phone. We are on DNC registry. Not sure who this is.

The 1st complaint was filed with the FCC about 240-348-9093 on 2019-12-16

we got numerous rings with this no. & i am not on Verizon. never ever answered.

I got 20 texts, about 20 calls, asking for someone named "Cody". It's a girl, and all they do is giggle, ask for "Cody" and hang up.
