Millions Call

I get calls from this number occasionally but no message is left and no one ever is there if I pick up. Calls are always between 5 and 6. I suspect it is a service trying to figure out if I'm 'home' at 5pm.

I have strarted to receive many unwanted sms' linked to 281 117 0000 number.

i have contacted the paris, tx police 2 or 3 times and he continues to call. now after the officer left him a voicemail he started to call restricted. i am tired of it and he needs to stop. its been going on almost a month now
