Got a strange text message just trying to find out who sent it

Person just called, waited a few seconds then hung up. Also when i tried to call them back to see how they would answer the phone. They tried to pretende that they were a little told lady or something.

got a call stating they were a special investigation company and there was a something wrong with my ss number and they needed to verify info because I had fraud activity on my name and they need to clear it up or I would be arrested. When I asked for any documentation to back this up they said there is none but this could be taken care of with a fee

got this ring this afternoon at 11:44 a. m. CST. The phoning party didnt pass on a msg. this was with the Detroit region & we recognise no one in that area. Any help out there?

Claims to be a Medicare "advisor," Medicare will not call you directly unless you have already initiated contact with them for some reason. I have not initiated contact with them as I am not even old enough to even start thinking about Medicare.
