Turns out this is one of those telesales clowns who attempt to get you to go with 'lowering ur interest rates'. Even though i am on the national do Not ring directory & only use ONE cc that was paid off every month. You press whatever button to ask 'em to stop, however these people do not. The Federal Communications Commission states these people cannot do a single thing about them. these people suck!
