These people claim to be able to provide benefits of some sort but you must first submit a 'fee' in cash and mail it or have it picked up.  It's an elderly rip-off.  They are the lowest of the bottom dwellers, a waste of air usage.

This is the most annoying and RELENTLESS harassment number/scam out there! Whoever this is started calling me in January. It is now late JUNE! So for literally 6 months they have called day and night, often three or more times a day, relentlessly. It comes up as ISA Marketing of Quincy MA but if you answer you either get some static or another time this incredibly rude guy snapping at me that 'you shouldn't answer the phone if you aren't willing to answer questions.' WTF are you talking about?? The feds should shut down people like this. DO NOT CALL AGAIN, ISA MARKETING!

Not sure who it is, seemed suspicious soon as we rang back to see who this is phoning us on our mobile. he stated he is AT&T, & have to happen to be a misdial.

got a call from Card Services AGAIN, , two calls in less than 10 minutes.
