Offering government grants, asking for money up front. Does not answer questions

I keep getting calls for a person I dont know. I have told them repeatedly they are rude yell at you adn insist that you cooperate by answering their questions and then they will tell you who they are and waht they want. Lady actually told me to be quiet and list to what she had to say.

someone from this number calls my cell phone about 10 times a day. I want it stopped!!!

I got one too but they didn't mention attorney but made it sound like a personal call from a friend.  Anyone know who this is? No caller ID showed, search showed it came from Washington State, I don't know anyone in that state and I'm sure not going to pay for a call to someone I don't know.

Another scammer trying the stimulus package waiting for me. I am a disabled senior who worked for 48 years at BOA & would still be working if not terminally ill. scammers such as this such burn in hell.
