Millions Call

This number has been charged my credit card for the past few months which I know nothing about, It just turned up on my bill. is there anywhere that you can trace this number or complain too.

866-598-3475 is a Citibank numberSource: I received a product rebate in the form of a Visa prepaid card issued by Citibank. The activation sticker on the card states:'Call 866-598-3475 from your mobile phone to activate & protect your card.This is NOT a credit card.Terms & Conditions at www.myhelpsite.net/citi'However, the accompanying information letter states:'You recently submitted a rebate for the purchase of (product name removed). The enclosed Visa Prepaid Card is good wherever Visa debit cards are accepted. It's ready to use as soon as you sign it.'

had a ring on 4/15/2011 at 1:33am. Calling-ID id'd the name as Dominique McNeil. soon after waking us up with our deep sleep, these people put the phone down. we live in Alabama

Been calling frequently 1-2 x per day, but there is no one ever there when the phone is answered.

Called three times back to back. No voicemail.

Tried to call number back and a recording comes on that says CTU this number is Not available. Scam I believe.????
