Robo call about my electric bill from a number saying JFK Medical Center

Debt collection scam.

The 1st complaint was filed with the FCC about 919-498-3425 on 2020-05-08

From New Jersey today. Call me from several states .

called twice today, did not leave a message, when i tried to call back it said the number of disconnected

CAlls saying that they are my cellular company and said that I am am eligible for a free phone. Then they said i need  to give them my Credit Card number to receive the phone so I said Im not interested and hung up. Then they called like 10 more time saying they want my Credit card number. First they were friendly then they get so eager that they keep asking for the credit card number.
