we just hear that the person calling disconnects soon as we pick up.

Calls from this number are from a male and are harrassing, threatening, and anonymous. Caller says that he will continue to call back.

This number comes from a Litigation firm who buys bad debt from banks. This is a legitimate company. If you didn't default on your credit cards then they wouldn't be calling you. No one is stealing information.
