FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

Eric Jason called saying I owed money from 2018, for blood work. Refused to give me any more information citing HIPA. When I told them HIPA is in regards to third parties, not the patient. He refused to say anything more. Only info. I received is bill was from 3-3-2018, and several notices had been sent to me, which I ignored. Told them never received any notices and I have 2 insurances so everything is paid in full.
I contacted hospital lab and was advised they bill for everything, including blood work sent out, and they have never used US diagnostics.

Calls leaves no message. Over and over

I keep receiving calls from this number and no answer when I pick up. Once an automated message picked, however, not an answer.
