Scam sounding like an official

called and would not leave a message.    Cussed at person who answered phone and then hung up on them.    When we called the number back, we cannot reach anyone at the number we only receive a weird ring tone message.

called my cell, no answer, when i tried to call back, busy signal.calls back frequently with diff 323-545-9249, -9274, and so on.

Called I think saying they were from motor vehicle something about my 2010 chevy impala, lol sorry wrong model year. Us they call and never leave a voicemail which suggests being suspicious also, the moment I told them they had the wrong year they asked if I had a different one, they immediately hungup
