Irritating by calling repeteadly and saying want to talk to you

had a ring with this no. & there is nothing at the other end. to boot, rang whilst i am at work & expecting a ring.

Got two calls with 3 rings from this number. No message. CID says 'Restricted'

I answered, no reply then they hung up. This was a call to my land line.

mobile telephone person calling stated these people were Verizon & would be deducting $150 with our account
