never leaves a message just a long humming sound calls serval times a day

This person started texting me at 11pm, which is an unreasonable of time to be talking to someone you dont know. Anyway, when I realized that he had the wrong number, he continued to harass me as if I was lying about my identity. He kept asking me who I was even though it clearly was not his business. His grammar was bad and he was using foul language, which was completely unnecessary.

They called me saying they i could pay them 500.00 for advertising on Applebee's and I would get a whole page where I could talk about my business I asked them for a phone number to call them back and they said it was too hard to get them on the phone and they would call back first they called from unknown.
