Who is this caller and how do i get them to stop?

I received a call from 052-569-163 and was told to call 206-691-8166. I was told there was a 'financial complaint against me and if I did not return the call charges would be pressed.' I called several times only to get a general voice mail; when someone finally did answer he said 'Stan Miller.' I asked if I had reached a business, advised I was told to call the number back, and was handed off to a Roger---very heavy Indian accent who told me I need to get an attorney, he could not get me anything in writing, told me he could not give me any information about the company he works for, nor provide me any proof of this debt in writing on company letterhead. He began yelling at me and I abruptly hung up the phone. Total scam!!!!

hi Everyone,It appears that fraudsters are posing as phoning with my number/name & possibly make offers to people. dont give 'em anything, these people most certainly are scammers. I regret the inconvenience some of you'll or have experienced. I have contacted the FBI office & alerted 'em about this. Have a good day,Gilbert-Yentel household
