Received a text from this number encouraging me to use a link, I suspect it is fraud of some sort a scam?

Received an unwanted spam & fake call from this phone number.

This phone number was used in a Military Romance scam, for money. Going under the name of BRYAN WEEKS. Do not fall for it. He claimed that he was using a calling booth, clearly this was not the case.

This no. rang our office telephone whilst We are away therefore our machine showed a missed ring. The msg is heavy breathing with lots of background noise. no msg. soon as we attempted to ring back this continued calling busy. we live in Central Oregon.
