Phone number used in fraud scheme

Got a call from the number. It rang once and then showed up busy. Who is it and what do they want

gotten a few calls recently from this number, unfortunately I was unable to answer when they called. no messages were left, and when i try to call back i get a busy signal.

Got a recorded message saying they can show you how to make money. I considered it to be a solicitation.

our neighbor & we worked for Brian in Oct. of 2007, at Safeway in California. W e worked 3 weeks & were never ever paid. she proclaimed that she is not paid by Safeway & is asking into this. 2 days later she needed us to do more work for him. she had mad soon as we wouldnt do more work for free.
