was this no. part of 602-639-5600 which others have stated was Grand Canyon College?

got three rings with this no. at 2:43am, 2:44am & 2:46am on 4/9/10. . the 1st time picked up there is NO reply at the other end. only the sound as when this is a long distance ring. . the 2nd ring we let go to the picking up machine. there were 3 loud comments made by the other party. these comments seemed Arabic in nature. the 3rd ring only called two times subsequently stopped. soon as we attempted to ring the no. back, that is posted on person calling ID, the ring wouldnt go through.

I am constantly getting harrasing text messages from this number i ignore them and they continue to bother me they have hacked my phone records inorder to get text messages that i have sent to people in my phone and i wish to have this person stop bothering me.
