2 rings in a few seconds apart at 3:45 am woke up our entire household. 1st ring we picked up, & noone is on the phone line. 2nd ring went to picking up machine. we attempted phoning the no. back, however found that We are required to dial '0' before the no.. which We are not willing to do.

Asked for a person many times, never said what it was in regards too. Took 20 seconds to answer when I first accepted the call, long blank time
