keeps calling even though we have told not to call. The person they are calling does not have a phone The said they can call anytime they want to.

Continues to call; no human to speak with and no messages. When you call back you get to here lovely music and are asked to hold...FOREVER...you never speak with a human. These calls come in 4-5 times per week and you have no way of stopping them.
