Caller did not leave any message just a hang up.

ya i just got the same thing im from newfoundland canada he txt me said he was from england wanting to buy the car for his in-law and would like to use paypal to pay for the car was going to get his agent to come get the car

When I answered, the lady said she was calling on ‘Personal Business’ , but refused to say what the business was without me providing my information. I informed her that was not going to happen and she informed me that she would have to terminate the call. Told her to have a nice day and hung up. This lady spoke very clear English with no noticeable accent. Law Enforcement really does need to catch up to the times. This stuff is getting out of control.
