Multiple calls, no message...returning a call to their number feeds into another circuit of a avoidance.

Received a text message forward from this number claiming their daughter went missing 1709 early morning. Chelsea Brooke, 15 years old. If this is actual, I truly hope you find her, says there is an AMBER alert for her.

Caller reported that the consumer had won a large sum of money but needed the her to pay the tax (Started at $200,0 but settled for $20) on this up front.  THis was the call back number given.
