this number is on my visa bill under BSBD Online.I got charged 38.88 twice and 1.00 three times as a 'service charge'.what is that and how do i get rid of it?

Said it was someone from "Herbal Group". Don't know them.

The call was recorded by my voicemail system. First, all you hear is classical guitar music playing for nearly a full minute, then some person comes on the line and says 'can I speak to Karen'? then a recorded message comes on and says 'This call has ended'. When I tried to call the number, just to see where it went, I got some strange message about it being some sort of a conference call of sorts. VERY ODD!!! Since I have literally NO outstanding bills of any kind, I can't imagine why they are calling me? Again, VERY ODD!!!
