Male with accent claims to be calling from Medicare, about back brace, etc trying to get personal information. I have told them I will call police and file charges , they continue to call 6 or more times every day for the last week. I would like to know how I can file a complaint with the police and press charges.

They left a message that they will be debiting my account from my bank for $ 1500.00 for some B.S. money owed for computer services I have not a clue about . They are scammers . I did reach them and said I work in an I T dept .They said they must have called the wrong # . They had called my cell approx 10 times.
