Oh and I looked up their site http://executiveresortmanagers.com/ Little to no information. It was also registered by godaddy.com and is a new site, created on 04/30/12. Brand new site and since the first reporting of them was from Tony on 05/09/12, definitely sounds like this is a new scam that just started up. Now if I suddenly get a large check in the mail for the difference of the fee plus what I owe my timeshare company, then I'll be happy to retract everything I said here. But until that time, this screams out that it is a scam through and through. I looked up the company that is supposedly buying my timeshare. They are a legit company... Can't imagine why a mining company in Australia would want to buy a timeshare though, lol! Looks like these scammers just pull out random companies and use their names without consent to convince us they are real. I might see if I can call this mining company to see if they would ever purchase a timeshare...

I get a call everyday now! I do not know the number, nor do I know how I got on this call list! Has anyone been successful in getting their names removed from the list? Please let me know!
