Millions Call

I booked with this company and went on my vacations and hade a great time the people there were very helpful and all I needed to do was show up and they took care of the rest. I think that its hard to make everyone happy and just because gullible hade a problem doesn’t mean that this company or this man is a Rat! I spoke to louis and he was wonderful and I will always book with this company in the future!!

sending msg on our cell telephone & yet doesnt introduce himself

They are a collection company. Called me and made threats and gave WAY too much detail on my voicemail. All of which is illegal. I'm looking into how to go about reporting them. My voicemail doesn't even say my name, let alone that it's a personal and confidential line, not that any of that matters. You can't leave messages like that.

Someone at this number called my house at 9:30 AM on Sunday morning. After being up all night with my dog who was sick I had only been asleep 2 hours when they woke me up! I was not happy about this! Hung up when they got the answering machine.

Called my cell 4 times between 1:30 a.m. and 3 a.m.    Did not make any sense.    Kept saying he got my number from my friend, then was unintelligible.    Had to turn my phone off to sleep!

This a number of Nationaal Instituut voor Dataverzameling (NID)         http://www.nid.be         A Belgian private company (that is using a name the suggest it is a government institution what it is not) doing market research. The collect data, there are not calling to sell anything.        The have called me many times (missed calls) before I got them on the line. btw; Please be friendly , there just doing there job.
