Millions Call

Caller keeps calling and doesn't leave any messages - think its some sort of automatic dialer because I also got a call from 5204131077

Michael Turner first called my daughter who forwarded the # to me - he said that there is a court date of Aug. 31 for an online payday loan - when I asked how long ago, he says 2009 - started telling me that it was through my credit union and that they would settle for 1900. When I asked for paperwork where I signed anything he said it was through an e-mail address where I gave the payday company my acct. #'s and routing number. I told him that I don't owe it and that since the debt is 4 years old they cannot do anything to me - at that point he started talking over me and said "see you in court, Mrs. Miller" and hung up on me. I have since blocked the number.

This person committed fraud on a false condiminium rental. He took the money and did not return it.

you better stop calling me ori will call 911 on the phone you said u were going to stalk me and find me and rape and they have been caling me and my mom about 3 times and i have been calling back to identify who this person is then ta when they started saying bad things?

stated these people were with Chase. com & name is Richard A. Gasbarro a loan officer. Any reality to this person. . was this ligit?
