these people rang three times soon after 1am last evening & began speaking in some strange language. soon after we yelled at 'em the telephone rings stopped. This evening attempted phoning 'em to see who this is however the no. is cut off or not in service. these people subsequently rang back two times soon as We are not home. some thing really strange. cannot grasp exactly what these people want & why these people are phoning. Calling-ID states TEXAS.

3 calls in a row. Each time I answered the phone somehow was forwarded to someone else's home answering machine. FISHY!

Received call stating that PPL users who had not missed any payments for 6 months were eligible for discount on bill and to press one to see if eligible. Did so, man came on asking how I was today. I hung up and received two more calls from him which I did not answer
