I can not get a hold of operator to cancel magazine

I have been getting calls that have a number similar to mine lately. I have set my phone to not allow calls I don’t know ring. So this caller sent straight to voicemail and did not leave a message.

Reported as Unsafe and Spam Risk. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Fails to leave voicemail. No Caller ID. Report to FTC and block number.

I picked it up, said hello, but there was no one there. I said hello again, there was still no one there, so I hung up before a possible robo-call could begin. I suspect this may be a "fishing" call from the usual "health insurance" scammer to what phone numbers are real. They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
