male from this number calls constantly and uses profanity

This person repeatedly texted me. I may or may not have also receiving restricted calls from this number. He mentioned some website he found my number on. He called and refused to tell me who he was. He kept calling and hanging up, even after I call him and asked him to stop. I dont know if he has any personal information about me or not. I am scared, in all honesty

This phone number called my husband and sounded pretty fishy. They had his information and would not tell him who they were or what they were all about. They just wanted to send him something free for a trial period and then bill later. He is still unsure what they were all about and how they got our number since it is unlisted. I tried to call it back and the number rings 3 or 4 times and then hangs up on me.
