These people are trying to give a 'grant' for 1.4 million to start a new business. Sounds suspicious. I have been playing together now. I actually gave the guy a hard time in the first, and he never gave up, sending me some documents. Time will tell.

Threatened arrest knew it was bull when they said cops vs something more professional such as legal action and did not identify themselves.
