This number appears on a letter I received as being an 'award claim final notification' which had a claim number and a check made out to me for $5,250.   The letter states I won this from a Reader's Digest Publishers' Clearing House draw.    Meanwhile the address is a California address and the check is a Dallas, Texas business.Beware one and all.
