Rec'd Aug 8th, 2010.. 2341 hours/ 11:41 pmLine felt 'open' and there was mild static. A woman answered my husbands hello.. 'Hello? What are you doing? Can you hear me?' When we asked, several times with NO answer, who was speaking. she offered that she had a wrong number and hung up.The area code tells me Washington, USA...perhaps Seattle? But there does not seem to be a related prefix ( the 436) associated with same.? Very odd.
