Wanted to combine all debts

This person keeps calling me and everytime I answer you can hear people talking but not into the phone, its like they are having their own conversation, like they didn't know they called me. When I don't answer and it goes to voicemail it leaves the same message everytime, it sounds like someone is riding in a car with the windows down and having another conversation.Just weird.

its from blue shield security, they are trying to sell free stuff. or hook you up with a job. its a crummy job and the systems are minimal

Well they called again, so now they get blocked.
