a john hall calls my work and says he is with the dallas police department and says i'm in big trouble - this guy should be arrested for impersonating a police officer

This call is just like other aggressive scam calls from a block of phone numbers deemed to have scamming calls and "Unsafe".
Each call if left to go to voicemail will always be hung up.
