Got this call on my cell phone and an hour later they called the house phone.

who was this girl?

got a call from this number asking if I was someone I don't know. They then called and spoke to me by name asking if I knew the person they called for the first time which is a neighbor. She hung up on me when I started to ask questions. I called back and left nasty message and told the woman to get a real job serving hamburgers at McDonalds and stop bothering people.

This is a scammer, harvesting social security numbers and other details.

I received a text message at 1:38 am PDT saying, "the outstanding balance will be settled tomorrow without any delay."

some one rang to say these people are with IRS . we do not owe any taxes this was irritating ring. IRS should very take measures on these
