Pretending to be the IRS

This no. has rang nearly daily, past 1 am. soon as we ring back, we get the operator stating this no. cant be related as dialed.

This weirdo keeps on calling us randomly, followed by a sms msg reading: 'Please ring 6027134782' this occurs about 1-2 times a month.

sent me a message about where i was at. i may have a stalker.
