VU Telepresence. They will try to sell you video telephony products.

9.25.2020 1234 Missed call from this Non-Fixed VoIP (e.g. Skype or Google Voice). Returned call: Hello Hello (a voice I have heard before then switched to a recorded message: Joe for the Police Officer Association, then hung up on. No voicemail left.

Scam letter received via US Mail with this phone number on it to call for further instructions in obtaining the $450k winnings, which is supposedly to take place after cashing a check they enclosed for almost $4k and sending them a requested check for UK taxes/fees by Moneygram or Western Union. Knew it was a scam but this is the number listed to call on the letter & wanted to report it.

i felt uncomfortable with a strange call
