The call came from Tennessee, this is the second call I got in the last 7 days from Tennessee. The other was from a different number than above,615-224-3381, Nashville, Tennessee. I am in Canada.

Spam person calling. soon as you ring back, this just calls & calls forever without somebody picking up.

It looks like this is the number of Paradigm Healthcare Services. The may have called about recent health insurance claims. That's how I got the call, but I haven't called back yet.
