This is a Spanish telemarketing computer voice asking if you want free life insurance.   Press 1 to find out more.   I hit 1, and asked the operator 'what company this is? And she hung up on me.

They wanted to find out the address to ship a back brace and knee brace to me, that I had never ordered or needed. They claim they are a group called National Health Care

I keep getting text messages from this number and another number saying they are from homesusa411.com. I just went through the process to have them stop texting me. So, we will see how that goes.

I get a call from this number every morning at 8 a.m. Sometimes multiple calls a day They never leave a voice mail message. I finally answered one of the calls and they are soliciting for school. I told the agent to take me off their list and to stop calling me. I even called the number back and they even had an automated prompt to add number to their do not call list. It did not do any good. I am still getting the calls.

I have health care, so I consider this spam/scam because they call every day from various numbers.
