Got the call, talking about reliance, wyoming police department (which there is none) charity, I tried calling them back multiple times, first time resulted in a automated system, other times were that I got blocked by them.

Caller left voicemail message that my SSN is associated w/ criminal activities.

I called back from a blocked ID line. An auto-answer popped up saying that they are a company that solicits for charities "and if you are on the National Do Not Call List and wonder why we are still calling, charities are exempt." They called my business cell. Into the blocked caller list...

rings three to five time daily. no one ever on the phone line , no msg on picking up machine.

I have no idea who this whacko is, and I can barely understand him.    He calls at late hours with random barely intelligeable things to say.    Someone please give him his meds!
