Someone user from Greenbelt, Maryland received an unsolicited call from (989) 289-9393 and reported the caller to the FCC

Txt said, "Dear Best Buy Winner #13535 ! Will you Fill out this Years question are to get a free IPAD as a. Gift. Thank you www.bit.lay/R1JbQ? ". DON'T REPLY TO THE TEXT MESSAGE. EITHER A VIRUS OR IDENTITY THEFT BY GIVING YOUR INFO. CLICKING ON THE LINK COULD DOWNLOAD SOMETHING BAD TO YOUR PHONE. This cell phone number is from Oregon. I didn't enter any contest with Best Buy so they do not have my contact info. This is a bad txt message. Best Buy does not send txt messages saying you win anything. If you click on the link you might get a virus. If you give fill out a form your identity may be stolen. DON'T REPLY TO THE TEXT MESSAGE! DELETE IT !

This caller from Valor Telecom Tx.lp-ok DBA Windstream Comm Sw continues to call and harass us.. We have told him we are not interested in what he is selling. Still he has called at least 6 times the last two days and at least 20+ times over the last month

The caller said he was in Texas......I believe he is not who he said he was

I am an investigator for the PA Office of Attorney General - trying to determine where this call came from. The complainant said the caller identified himself as Brad Smith # 20566 from Ledbos Yellow Pages.  I can find no information to confirm this.

Caller asked for Administrator. Company she claims is Dumont or Dumar Insurance. When i asked in confirmation of the company name, she hung up.
