Millions Call

I'm getting the same calls.  They never ask for anyone by name or state what the debt is about.  Sometimes they leave a message, but not always.  Once I called their number and I reached a recording which then put me on hold.  I'm more worried that this is a telemarketing scam.  I haven't any known debt, so am very skeptical about this so-called debt collection call.  Anyone have some answers about this NCO company?

Get these calls all the time. They ask for me by name. They say my first name, I go by middle. Seem to be trying to get me to talk, I just hang up and block

This number is from a person trying to give me free money after trying to get me to sign up for products using my credit card.
