I receive no less then 5 phone calls from this number daily. I have blocked it, but I receive notifications when I received calls from blocked numbers

Called, did not leave message. Reverse look-up gave the following results: "401-856-4152 is not a valid number. If you are sure that you got a phone call from a number beginning with this prefix, the caller may have 'spoofed' caller ID."

Called late at night and was being extremly rude.
