Did this number call you with a scam? What kind of scam? I'm dealing with something too

Any funds received for these organizations are done by the citizen first contacting the organization.

They told me the same thing now call the number they gave me now it now working. I was told I have my money and they told it should be in my account today. I don't have no money to give away like the mad thing about they call me i didn't call them.
