I keep getting call from this number, but no one is there when I answer. I want them to stop calling, but cannot get a real person to complain to

I just received the phone call from this number and this rude lady asked me to give her my address. I never want to give out my personal information to someone who doesn't even tell me who they are. She is really mean and has no manners.

This numer calls several times a day and doesnt say anything. When you call number back they hang up. ANOTHER TIME WASTER

Get this call every other day. Always the same guy with an accent. States to be with AT&T DirecTV, and that my existing package qualifies for a 50% off. I do not have a package plan with them. Tells me to call back on the number I see on my caller ID, and does not provide his name.
