says it is for a drawing

called at 1:30am. left no msg. I called it back and first time msg said waiting for operator and the second time said circuits were busy

this guy is so weird!

Wanted my social upfront for something "financial reated". I hung up.

Woman called and wanted me to verify my name and birth date. She did have correct info but i regused to verify until she told me what her company does. She would not and when i pressed the issue she told me that Federal Law does not allow her to tell me anything until i verify who i am. I told her that in the USA, there is no federal law concerning her telling me is she is selling insurance, cars, houses, medical supplies, etc and since her company is this secretive we have nothing to discuss. I hung up and blocked the number. It was a spoofed local # and lady sounded Phillipine.

I answered and there was no one on the line. They have called several times. I called them back and it says the number is no longer in service. How can they be making phone calls if the number is no longer in service. Just sayin'........
